In the spirit of Valentine’s Day we’re sharing some love with our delicious Chocolate Strawberry Mocha, based on the much loved Valentine’s treat!
Heres what you’ll need to make this quick, simply but tasty treat:
2 tbsp chocolate powder / hot chocolate
1 shot of Strawberry Sweetbird syrup
1 cup of milk
2 shots espresso, we recommend Intenso
Once you have gathered your ingredients, add 1 tbsp of strawberry syrup to your cup of milk. Stir to combine, then froth the milk.
In a heat resistant glass, add in 2 tbsp of the chocolate, and brew 2 shots espresso over the powder.
Add the steamed milk, stirring as you pour and to finish, top your beverage with your whipped cream… or even garnish with a slice of strawberry!
