Shipping & Returns
If you have ordered the incorrect item or the item is unwanted and un-opened we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery.
If the goods we have delivered are not those ordered or are faulty, please advise us within 7 days of receipt so that we can assist you in their return. If goods are to be returned for any other reason please call us for a Returns Authorisation Number and then please package the item safely for transit to our returns department.
Returned products must be returned unused (except where you are returning them because of a fault) and with any original packaging.
You are responsible for ensuring that the product is not damaged on its return journey and we recommend using a recorded delivery service. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for the item(s).
We will normally refund you within 10 working days. This does not apply to any perishable goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
