13amp, 1ph and 3ph air or water cooled cooling.
Ø Gravity fed (191G and 191 G SP) means the product is fed from the refrigerated hopper into the freezing cylinder by gravity and adds 40% over-run (air inflation of product), so every 1L of liquid added creates 1.4L finished product.
